The service
ChallenGYM is an app and website for fitness coaches and their clients. By creating an account or using the service you accept these terms.
ChallenGYM is free for life: no subscription, no client limit and no credit card. If we ever add optional paid extras, they will be clearly marked, will always be optional, and will never take away features you already use for free.
Your account
You must be at least 16, give accurate details and keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens in your account. Tell us at once if you suspect someone else is using it.
Coaches
You are an independent professional. You are responsible for the services you give your clients, for holding any qualifications, registrations and insurance your work requires, and for complying with the law where you work.
You may enter a client’s details only if you have a lawful basis to do so, and you must tell your clients that their data is kept in ChallenGYM. You are responsible for reviewing each health questionnaire and for asking for medical clearance when an answer calls for it.
Not medical advice
ChallenGYM is a tool for organising training. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.
Nutrition features provide general healthy-eating guidance for healthy adults. They are not a diet, not medical nutrition therapy and not a substitute for a dietitian or a doctor. Coaches must stay within the scope of practice that applies to them.
The AI assistant
The AI assistant produces drafts that may be incomplete or wrong. The coach is responsible for reviewing, correcting and approving every draft before it is used or sent to a client.
Clients
Exercise involves physical effort and some risk. Answer the health questionnaire truthfully, tell your coach about any change in your health, stop and seek medical help if you feel unwell, and consult a doctor whenever in doubt.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- break the law, or enter other people’s data without the right to do so;
- harass, abuse or mislead other users;
- try to break, overload or bypass the security of the service, or access data that is not yours;
- copy, scrape or resell the service or its content.
Your content
The plans, notes and messages you create remain yours. You give us permission to store and process them only as needed to run the service for you. The exercise library, texts and design of ChallenGYM belong to us.
Availability and changes
We work to keep ChallenGYM available and accurate, but the service is provided “as is”, without guarantees of uninterrupted operation. We may improve, change or remove features. We will give reasonable notice before a change that significantly affects you.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damage, or for the results of training, guidance or decisions made with the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or any mandatory consumer right you have where you live.
Ending use
You can stop using ChallenGYM and delete your account at any time (Account → Delete account). We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms or endangers other users.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel and disputes are decided by the competent courts in Tel Aviv, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
These terms are published in Hebrew and English; both versions are binding. Translations into other languages are for convenience only.
Changes to these terms
We will publish changes on this page with a new version number and effective date, and announce material changes in the app. Continuing to use the service after a change takes effect means you accept it.
