Delete your ChallenGYM account
You can delete your account and your personal data at any time — in the app, or by asking us.

Delete it in the app (immediate)
- Open the ChallenGYM app and sign in.
- Tap Account.
- Tap Delete account.
- Confirm. Your account is deleted immediately and permanently.
Can’t access the app? Ask us
Send a deletion request through the feedback form (choose “Other”) from the email address of your account, or write to support@challengym.app. We verify the request and delete the account within 30 days — usually much sooner. Coaches: if you also want every client record you created removed, say so in the request.
What is deleted
- Your account details: email, name, phone, city and password.
- If you joined as a client: your health questionnaires, signed forms, daily check-ins and messages.
- Inside the plans you built: client names, contact details, health answers and free-text notes.
What may be kept
Only an anonymous programme skeleton (sets, reps, split and exercise list) that identifies no one, and any record we are legally required to keep. Deletion cannot be undone; signing up again creates a brand-new, empty account.
